Service Description
60 minute maths or science tuition. Biology to A-Level/Higher, Science to GCSE/IGCSE/Nat 5, Maths to Lower Secondary. First session is free (use code FIRST60IH). Do NOT book without a conversation with Rosie about the distance to check that it is manageable. Book for 15 minutes earlier than you would like the session to start at to allow for Rosie's travel.
Cancellation Policy
Cooling off: Please be aware that you have a 14 day "Cooling off" period when buying online. However, if you choose to book to within the 14 day period, then you waive the right to the cooling off period. In that situation, please refer to my cancellation policy. Cancellation: Both you and The Tidy Coo have the right to cancel the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations within 72 hours of an appointment will be charged at 50% of the fee and cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged at 100% of the fee unless we are able to fill the appointment. If The Tidy Coo cancels, we will give you as much notice as possible and will reschedule at your convenience. If a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged, we will refund any monies paid. If we arrive at the agreed location for the session, be this online or in-home, at the time of the booked session and you are not available no refund will be offered.
